2025 Kali Puja Vendor Registration Guidelines Probasi of Charlotte vendor guidelines: As a Probasi of Charlotte vendor, you are required to adhere to the following guidelines throughout the duration of this event. •⁠ ⁠Products and Services displayed by the vendor must be uniquely Indian. •⁠ ⁠Probasi of Charlotte has full discretion on approving the kind of Products or Services to be displayed at the event. •⁠ ⁠Vendor registration is non-transferable. •⁠ ⁠You will be provided with one 3x8 feet table and two chairs. •⁠ ⁠Vendor booth can be setup from 3PM on the day of the event. •⁠ ⁠⁠First come - First serve policy for Vendor booking. •⁠ ⁠⁠The organizers will have the final say on the stall location/allocation. •⁠ ⁠Parking is FREE at the event location. •⁠ ⁠NO cancellation and NO Refund policy. •⁠ ⁠⁠ Vendor registration is non-transferable and non-negotiable. - Vendor booth can be setup from 3 PM on the day of the event. - Vendors must clean their designated space during wrap up. •⁠ ⁠⁠No heating appliances will be allowed at the venue. •⁠ ⁠⁠The cost to book a table - $75
