🎭 Cultural Performance Guidelines

Dance Performances

• Each performer can perform only in one program.

• Minimum 4 participants per group; total time 4 minutes.

• Groups with 2–3 participants may perform by paying $60 minimum fee.

• Solo dances allowed only for adults (18+) and limited to 4 spots.

 

 

Singing Performances

• Each performer can perform only in one program.

• Kids may perform only in duet or group, not solo.

• Time limit: 4 minutes.

• Adult solos (18+) allowed, limited to 4 spots.

Instrumental Performances

• Each performer can perform only in one program.

• Solo or group allowed.

• Time limit: 4 minutes.

• Total spots: 5.

​

 

Dance Drama (3 spots only)

• Minimum 10 participants; time limit 15 minutes.

• Groups with 8–9 participants may perform by paying $150 minimum fee.

• Participants cannot join any other performance (dance, singing, instrumental).

​

 

Shruti Natok (1 spot only)

• Minimum 4 participants; time limit 10 minutes.

• Groups with 3 participants may perform by paying $60 minimum fee.

• Participants cannot join any other performance.

​

 

Fashion Show

• If already performing elsewhere → no extra fee.

• If not performing in any other category → $10 participant fee.

🗓 Deadlines & Fees (All Categories)

• Registration Deadline: April 10

• Participant Fee:

  • $15 per participant for non Probasi members (due April 17)

  • $12 per participant for Probasi members (due April 17)

• Fashion Show Fee: $10 (only if not in other performances)

• No refunds for any category.
